Start to LOVE yourself completely and fully. Let go of the experiences and traumas from the past. The only positive thing from your past is that it helped you become the person you are today.
Your relationship with yourself sets the tone for every other relationship you have. To let love in starts by knowing who you are and by loving yourself first.
Love yourself enough to take the actions required for your happiness.
Love yourself enough to cut yourself loose form the lies of the drama filled past.
Love yourself enough to move on.
It is not selfish to love yourself, it is necessary to take care of yourself, and to make your happiness a priority.
Start today if you haven't already to tell yourself that you love and accept yourself fully. Compliment yourself of how great you are, for all that you have accomplished, for the hearts you have touched and for the beauty you have within and the beauty that beams out of you.
Start right now to appreciate yourself for who you are and what you do for the lives of others everyday.
If you desire and yearn for a more joyful life, it's starts within and by you loving yourself first.
If you are happy with who you are, life becomes much simpler and you automatically will have a much brighter and positive outlook on life.
Things you can do for a more loving self:
1. Wake up every morning with gratitude
2. Tell yourself in the mirror "I am beautiful and I love myself".
3. Set some time aside for exercise, plan it in to your daily schedule.
4. Eat a healthy, breakfast, lunch & dinner. Drink lots of water.
5. Take time to meditate, create your own quite space.
6. Do something fun for yourself.
7. Set goals
8. Start journaling
9. Get out in nature
10. Spend time with family and friends
