Kick Start your morning off with a Nutritious Green Juice

I have now been juicing off and on in the mornings for a while. I find that green juice gives me an extra boost of energy and it also removes any brain fog you may have woken up with. For me it gives me a sense of clarity and

the green juice also lessens my cravings for caffeine. The mornings are when your body is the most dehydrated and benefits the most from the nutritious vitamins and minerals from green juice.

The juice I make also has an alkalizing effect on the body so at the same time it detoxifies it also lowers any high acid content.

I recommend since juicing makes a mess and needs a hefty clean up I prefer making a larger amount of juice that can last me a couple of days so that way it can be chilled and you can drink and share it throughout the day as needed.

The vegetable and fruits I like to add are:

1-2 bunches of celery

3-4 green apples

small piece of ginger

couple of handfuls of spinach

lemon juice from 1 lemon

1 large cucumber

1-2 green bell peppers

*Note everything should preferably be purchased organic to reduce any amount of unwanted pesticide.

Green Juice is a convenient and quick way to get an energizing hit of phytonutrients. A well-made green juice is full of detox-boosting properties and is a convenient way to increase your consumption of greens.
