It's no secret that essential oils are vital for the appearance and general health of the skin as well as over all health and clean living for the home. This is why so many products today use essential oils as some of the main ingredients. As a skin care therapist in an ever forward researching industry, it is my duty to choose products that I am certain are both pure, effective and don't compromise the skin's health or the general health of the body. This is why I have chosen to use the only company with a Seed to Seal promise of purity. I am proud to use Young Living oils in my home, for my family and pets and to give myself and my clients the best and purest skin care possible.
Essential Oils are one of the great untapped resources of the world. The concentrated essences of various flowers, fruits, herbs, and plants have been used for centuries all over the world, but in modern times we have forgotten the power of these ancient medicines of the earth, preferring instead to use the products of perfume and chemical companies which imitate the natural fragrances, medicinal and cleansing properties of essential oils. When we are looking for alternatives to toxic products in our homes and in our lives, essential oils are convenient, practical, and a pleasant solution.
With essential oils you can take control of your life and environment, secure in the knowledge that your well-being is improved.
All who know the pure product and use it with understanding come to respect the essential oils. One cannot but admire their ability to operate effectively not only on the cellular, physical level but also in the emotional, intellectual, spiritual, and aesthetic areas of your lives.
These days our medicines and household goods we use are mostly chemical-based and the food we eat and the air we breathe contain more chemicals than we would like. The cumulative effect of these, and the unknown effects as they react together within us, cannot be good for us, any more than chemical overload is good for the planet. Sooner or later we are going to have to find some alternatives and, for some of our problems, the alternative is literally right under our noses, drawing us to them with their sweet-smelling aroma-precious miracles and delights of creation, nature's essential oils.
The benefits of these essential oils are endless. I'm so excited for my own purpose and use of these oils as well as being able to share them with everyone.
My personal favorites are many but for daily use I love my diffuser. Depending on my mood I like to diffuse my Young Living Purification oil to clear the air adding a few drops of tangerine for a sweet smelling aroma. I give my husband the Stress Away for stressful days and the peppermint to ease headaches. For my daughters', peppermint is also very good for concentration and alertness with school and homework. Just as lavender is a bedtime favorite that calms the mind, Lavender can also be used to soothe the skin from any rash, burn or bug bites. For my skin care regimen I like to add some lemon at night time directly on my skin for even skin tone and help with discoloration. Frankincense and purification is also good for fine lines and occasional breakouts. Young living also have the vitality oils that all can be digested. Lemon for example can be added to your water for flavoring. Thieves is a great blend for immunity that can be taken daily.
I also create my own blends of aroma mists that I'm very excited about and can't go anywhere without. You can spray the aroma mists in your house for a refreshing aroma, bring them in your purse, add some mists to your car for a more pleasant ride. Spray on your face for that natural glow.
Once you start using essential oils in your daily life I promise you that you will never want to go back to harsh chemical infused products. The essential oils are so diverse that there is such wide range of uses and the blends can all be customized to fit everyone's needs and desire.
