Get Moving!

Dear Readers,

The question for us today is why procrastinating and why not committing and completing a task?
I can come up with a lot of answers and examples in my own life. Today I will set a goal and talk about my first intention to Get Moving! . I tell myself everyday I want to get in shape. I'm getting older (turning 42 in 30 days) my body is not the same as it used to be. I eat healthy but I'm not super strict. Let's get up and .........
Step 1 - Get Moving!
Write down and plan for what you are going to do,
do you like yoga?, running?, tennis?, start small so you will stick with what you need to do.
Step 2 - Set a Goal
Pick a date or an upcoming event, a trip that is going to motivate you. Do this
for yourself so you will look and feel your best.
Step 3 - Change your Diet
Be mindful about your diet. Is this benefiting your body, mind and soul? Start with a diet that you can stick to for example cut out sugars and/or carbs.
Step 4 - Journal your progress
This is the best way to keep track of your progress.
Step 5 - Do it with a spouse or a friend
Have your best friend or spouse join you on the goal you are trying to reach. It will benefit you both and give you great motivation and support.
Step 6 - Fit it in to your Schedule
Important to all you moms out there especially if you are also working. Try to manage your time we can all squeeze in time even if it's only 30 min per day
